Receive notifications on everything that is happening on and in your units
Whether it’s a load, ready or service notification, all information will be conveniently sent to you in real time, exactly where you want it.
Remote access will allow you to easily operate all connected units from your smart phone or PC.
You can see exactly what settings are applied on your unit and can even modify those settings. In the unit overview, you can use the residual time and the current climate to quickly find a unit in which you can add an appropriate product or to see which unit will be free next.
Distributing cooking programmes will then become child’s play. You select which cooking programme you want to send to which unit, and that’s it.
Quickly and reliably bring your units up-to-date with the latest technology. Updates are always provided to you free and automatically. Just start the update, that’s it. If you acquire additional RATIONAL units, you can quickly transfer your personal appliance settings to the new unit. This ensures that the settings on all your units are always what you want them to be. ConnectedCooking even changes summer time to winter time automatically.

Safety is one of the greatest challenges in modern kitchens. Increased demands by supervisory authorities and demanding hygiene regulations make for a significant administrative workload. Operating errors must also be excluded as far as possible. ConnectedCooking will support you in this and makes everything easy.
Log and document all important HACCP data fully automatically. All relevant data from all connected units is logged, clearly presented and saved. Of course, you can export all data in table format or PDF format at the click of a mouse, this data can be saved separately or printed.
Should something not be right with your unit, you, or your Service Partner if required, will immediately receive a message. Based on the service data read, the right decisions can be made immediately for the purposes of fast troubleshooting.
You can manage any user profile so that a ConnectedCooking user can only do what he is authorised to do. Every user will then only see their functions and this ensures that application errors are reduced to a minimum.
Automatic backups of data and settings provide data security at all times.
To ensure that all data transmissions are protected from abuse, the information is exchanged with the latest encryption technology. This means only the right recipient processes and views the data – which means the data is always secure.

To connect units with ConnectedCooking, they must be connected via a network. For this purpose, all SelfCookingCenter® units built since 03/2017 are equipped with an Ethernet connection as standard. This means the unit can be connected to your network either by LAN cable or even a W-LAN module.
Registering units for ConnectedCooking is extremely easy using your smartphone or PC. The connected is established automatically and then it is ready to use.
Units built before 03/2017 can also easily be retrofitted with an Ethernet port and integrated in ConnectedCooking . In principle, all SelfCookingCenter®, CombiMaster® Plus and VarioCooking Center® units can be integrated in the ConnectedCooking world.
